Different Strokes are a UK charity providing active, self-help and mutual support to working age and younger stroke survivors. We have a vibrant new group in Carlisle, where younger stroke survivors, their family and friends can go for support, exercise and socialising.

Your are invited to come along ....

We meet on the third Wednesday of every month at 3:30pm (no meeting in August)
Sessions are £2 and refreshments will me provided
